Order Procedures and Shipping Policies

I understand that once my order is submitted, the order is final. Orders are processed immediately and any custom field will be created exactly as entered. I have proofread spelling, monogram sequence, vinyl color and font choice for the item(s) I intend to purchase.

All items are hand made to order and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.  However, please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

Upon checkout, I am aware that I will have the option to select to have my item(s) either Shipped or gathered utilizing the Local Northshore Pick-Up option in Covington.  I understand that selecting Local Northshore Pick-Up will dismiss all shipping charges and I will be expected to pick up my order within two weeks of purchase.  Furthermore, if shipping is needed and 'Local Pick-Up' is selected, I understand that I will be required to pay the cost of shipping prior to my order being processed.

All items are processed within 1-4 business days and shipped with detailed tracking information. Drêve is not responsible for items lost in the mail or forwarded mail due to an insufficient address.  If overnight or expedited shipping services are needed, Drêve will package and ship the order accordingly but is not responsible for idle tracking or shipping delays due to UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex issues.
